The building is an upper middle class house erected in eclectic
style in the 1890s. At present, it has a basement, a ground floor,
two upper floors and an unfloored loft.
The condominium is a corner building, built as part of an unbroken
row typical of the neighbourhood. It is bordered by Wesselényi utca
and Kéthly Anna tér. The construction of Kéthly Anna tér began after
the demolition of two complete blocks of buildings and was finished
after its completion works, such as the landscaping and paving of the square and the placement of street lamps, in the spring of 2005.
There are 13 flats and three business premises in the building in its current condition.

According to our plans, the building is to be expanded by an
additional two floors and loft conversion, conforming to the original
style of the building. A four-person, six-stop passenger lift will be
installed in the building. As a result of the project, the exterior and
interior façade, hanging galleries, staircase, yard, power and
low-current electrical systems, chimneys and some of the mechanical systems of the building will be refurbished. The design documentation
of the addition and refurbishment of floors has been prepared under the direction of Chief Designer Ferenc Blazsetics, UNITERV Kkt.
(unlimited partnership). When the expansion was designed,
we aimed at, in addition to its perfect match to the building, the construction of flats that meet the requirements of the 21 st century,
using state-of-the-art technologies. In designing the flats, we devoted special care to meet the acoustic requirements and the demands for energy-saving and environment-friendly operation at the highest
possible level.
